SEASONS is a 100% plant based microbakery and delivery service based in Bow, East London run by Naomi Blair Gould.

At seasons we think flavour-forward and work sustainably and independently from animal exploitation. 

With a background in cheffing, I progressed to baking and have worked in some of London's most highly regarded bakeries, from VIOLET cakes to my current position at POPHAMS Bakery. I have learnt from people with extraordinary knowledge, dedication and love for this craft within a dairy-based environment - and I apply these skills to my exploration in plant-based baking.

seasons celebrates predominantly UK produce, as well as peak-season European fruit and veg. We work with top-quality farmers and suppliers, such as our main flour supplier WILDFARMED, who value quality and flavour without compromising the environment and soil.

I would love to popularise plant-based foods. We have definitely seen a shift in the restaurant industry in recent years as well as an interest in home-cooking but plant-based baking has always come across as underwhelming and negligible, something exclusive for those who can't eat dairy-based products. I want to bake for a wider audience. I don't want to eat an average 'vegan version' of a croissant; I want the flakiest, most moorish, buttery, most delicious of croissants. And they happen to just be vegan. This is my mission.
