An enriched yeasted bread, braided and filled with LAMIRI harissa and a blend of local artisan plant-based cheese by I AM NUT OK; a tangy cashew-based feta and a melty soy-based cheese. Finished with a scatter of za'atar and a generous lick of maple syrup. Made with a blend of white spelt and strong white WILDFARMED flour.
